This is so exciting to share! Unation selected me as their “Influencer of the week” allowing me to share my favorite things to do in town!
I moved to Tampa almost 2 years ago for a work opportunity and had no idea that I would fall in love with the sunshine state so quickly.
Since relocating I’ve enjoyed being a tourist in my own back yard and sharing the sights and sounds with others in the area.
Being in Florida is such a treat because not only do you have endless activities and attractions to enjoy, its also a prime vacation destination!
For the feature I wanted to highlight clear kayaking! It’s been on my to do list for most of the year and over the weekend my friends and I got together and made it happen!
We booked our group tour with Get Up and Go Kayaking its a local company thats highly rated and recommended for kayak tours in town.
We had such a fun time out on the water! Our tour guide Raven was so down to earth and really knew her stuff when it came to the aquatic animals and water safety.
Our tour was around 2 hours and cost a little under $70 per person. During our time together our guide took us to the Shell Key Preserve where you can find the most amazing seashells and rumor has it that if you place your seashell on the seashell branch in the sand and make a wish, your wish may come true!
