Overall my time at OLV was pleasurable. Any mishaps or issues experienced were immediately brought to the managers attention and were attended to in a timely fashion.
the A/C system in our room had issues with keeping the room cool, no matter how many times a staff person came the room, the temp never changed and the manager was kind enough to offer us a late check out.
